I colored my hair with Natural Instincts Cinnaberry (I usually use Spiced Tea I found later), and though my hair is shiny and healthy, it looks an unnatural red, almost burgundy in color. I did not do a strand test because I thought it was the red color I usually use. Clairol tried to help me by telling me to put NI's Hazelnut over it, but now it's just darker with the ruby red color still showing over all.
