Review of Epilady Duet 3 Epilator

After my original Epilady that I bought and used for 20 years finally broke, I purchased the "new and improved" Epilady Duet 3.Sadly, the new design doesn't work half as good and the razor feature is a nice thought but is worthless.I wish I could find an old model that still worked, the coil design was much better.

Review of Epilady Epic Electric Rechargeable Wet/Dry Shaver

This shaver has been a pain ever since I bought it. The inside area is covered in some sort of sticky residue that restricts the blades from moving, so I have to clean it as much as possible just to get it to turn on. When it does turn on, it moves very slowly so that I can feel every hair being shaved (ouch). The on/off button rarely works, so it takes me a good 20 tries or so to get it on/off. The round shape, too, makes it difficult to reach spots where you want precision, like the bikini line because you can't get close enough. I would definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

Review of Epilady Lady B Bikini Trimmer

I absolutely love this trimmer!!!

I read a review on Amazon about this product, which rated it very poorly. Despite that, I decided to give it a try. I had one of those $10 micro trimmers, but it was not doing a good job and I needed a new one.

Trusting Epilady to make a good product, I bought the Lady B. It has been doing a great job for me, and for the price, it must be the best trimmer out there. My friend had another large trimmer, but the epilady one is much more delicate, and I have never suffered from rashes or razor burns like I used to with other trimmers. This one is quiet and fast, and I am so ready for the warm weather now!

I would recommend it.

Review of Latest Model Epilady Legend - Top of the Line Epliator with Rechargeable Battery - Includes Cleaning Brush and Power Co

I have owned an Epliady Epliator for several years now and loved it.However, it is getting old and I accidentally broke the on/off switch, so it is now hard to use.

Since I had such a good experiance with my original Epliady Epilator, I decided to purchase this one.

Although this one isn't bad, it is not nearly as good as the original one I purchased.The problem is that they changed the housing that holds the 32 tweezers.For some reason, the way they make the new tweezer holder does not work as well at pulling the hairs out.I had to make several passes with the new one to pull out the same amount of hair that I used to be able to pull with just one or two passes with the original.

So although it works OK, and the rechargable option is nice, I have decided to return it to look for another that is made more like my original.

Review of Epilady Duet 2 in 1 Epilator and Shaver

I have always had REALLY dark, really thick hair. Sometimes it feels like I could shave twice a day. A good friend of mine just bought an epilator and so I found one I liked. I've had the product for 2 months and have only had to use it for one full epilation once so far!I really like that if I get to an area that I'd rather shave, or is too sensitive to pluck, I just switched to the other end and used the electric razor! There have been a few touch ups here and there, but I can get away with not shaving because there's nothing to shave! It's wonderful, and it was relatively painless. Not like waxing because you're committed as soon as they put the wax on. This I could stop and start as often as I needed. I would VERY highly recommend this item, especially if you've got dark hair you're wanting to tame. (1 drawback: item has no option to charge for cordless use)

Review of Epilady Legend Full-Size Rechargeable Epilator - EP81033

I bought an Epilady Legend rechargeable epilator when my old Epilady finally died - after 17 years!

I really like this epilator. It is faster and smoother than my old one, and it never pinches my skin, even not behind the knees. I use it all over - legs, arms, underarms and even some in the bikini.

I tried some other epilators by other manufacturers that my friends bought, but none of them do as good a job for me as the Legend. The fact that it is rechargeable help a lot. I can use it corded too, when I forget to charge it. this epilator is great for travel too. When I charge it full (overnight), it has more than enough power to finish epilating my whole body, so I never have to lug around my charger when I go on vacation.

I would highly recommend the Legend, and in fact, some of my friends who epilate got one to replace the ones they had. Thanks Epilady!

I got tired of shaving, so I switched to waxing a year ago in hopes that my hair would quit growing eventually. My hair has grown back finer, but I still had hairy legs most of the time because waxing never removed all of the hair before my skin gave out, or the hair would grow back at different rates. So I decided to give an epilator a try.I had bought one back in the 80's and it was a medieval torture device.This new Epilady is great.It is far less painful than waxing.I just feel a slight prick rather than a giant skin pull. It is no worse than plucking an eyebrow hair.The charge lasts a long time.I recently took it on a ten-day trip and it never ran out.Next time I won't even take the cord. And the unit isn't very heavy, so it packs well.I am using it about once a week, and I actually enjoy the process somewhat.You do have to be careful to stretch the skin taut in the underarm area.I nicked myself one day on the soft skin there, but no problems on the legs. I also have to make a few passes at some hairs to get them to stand up and catch, but it hasn't been a huge problem.I also like how I can do quick touch-ups on my way out the door if necessary.I couldn't do that with wax. Overall, worth the money and time.
