Review of Loreal Skin Genesis Multi Layer Cell Strengthening Daily Treatment Serum Concentrate Lotion, 1.7 Oz

For the past two weeks my poor skin has been literally Burning and Itching, no matter what I put on it, due to the harsh Wisconsin weather this year, there was one product that almost worked but then broke my skin out, sigh. My skin was also very red... I tried two other serums, a less expensive moisturizer and a very expensive moisturizer...to no avail. I am 30 years old, with reasonably good skin most of the time as long as I take good care of it. My skin is dry but also combination in some spots and SUPER sensitive, it will also break out if it doesn't like ingredients in the moisturizer I try to use.
Now that I have turned 30, I am even more concerned about my skin then before. I occasionally have smile lines when I smile and the occasional two forehead lines when I'm stressed, but so far this along with the moisturizer seems to take care of those no problem. I try to take very good care of my skin and I always remember sunblock due to one of my medications, so imagine my surprise when one day I woke up and couldn't get my skin to stop being inflamed and itching. This serum along with the matching Skin genesis moisturizer with spf15 are lifesavers. After only one use almost all of the redness and irritation was gone, that quickly!!! I am very pleased...... oh yea and my skin looks beautiful and glowing....thats the best part!!!!

Oh yea, I should probably mention, I have rheumatoid arthritis and I am on countless medications, so my skin and haircare have a lot to combat.:)

I will also post a quick review of the moisturizer with SPF 15 and look for the review of the new skin wash I am using now as well, thanks to other member reviews on the product. If it wasn't for their reviews, I would never have thought to try a new skin wash.:)

Smells nice and sprays nice, but wow, I was orange the next day. Lancome Flash Bronze Airbrush is better, and worth the extra cost (still less than a salon spray tan).

One day my good friend asked me to do highlights on her hair because she didn't have money to go to a salon.I told her that I had no experience doing highlights and hardly any dyeing hair.She took the plunge.I messed up half her head.So we went to the pharmacy to get a haircolor that best matched her natural hair.We bought this one.Now you can't even tell that half her head was the ugliest shade of bleached blond ever!So far it's been two weeks of washing her hair everyday and the ugly blond is yet to come out.

Review of Loreal Natural Match No-Ammonia Color-Calibrated Creme Hair Color, Extra Ash Blonde # 10C - Kit

After trying several different brands of hair color, as well as different lines within the L'Oreal brand, I have found the Natural Match line to be a superior overall product.Other non-ammonia products may still sting the scalp, however, I've found Natural Match to be very gentle with little to no stinging of the scalp, and it is safe to use after bleaching your hair (I use this product as a toner after bleaching brown hair.My naturally brown hair is exactly the same color as the bright ash blonde shown on the box).

Pros:
- This permanent, ammonia-free product, is as gentle as they say it is.No stinging scalp, and even when used AFTER bleach, the damage to the hair is very minimal (hardly noticeable).
- The bottle and nozzle used in this package is really top-of-the-line.The nozzle is very long and allows for easy application.The quality of these bottles are so good that you won't want to throw them away (I keep all of them and use them for different purposes).The plastic used is of such high quality, that I've been able to use the bottles for over two years.
- The colors used in this line are extremely accurate.There is a very noticeable difference between 10C (Cooler) and 10N (Natural).
- There is no brassiness at all after use (other products may leave a slight "orange" or even glow-in-dark-green tone after use.

Cons:
- L'Oreal has discontinued the #10 color line (only #9 is available).While L'Oreal is a great company, they have a bad habit of arbitrarily discontinuing products, regardless of how well they sell.When choosing a L'Oreal product, you have to be careful not to get too attached, as the product may not be around for very long.

This is gentle on my hair and I can get just the right tone by selecting warm, cool or natural.I use cool to make sure I don't have too much red and it works perfectly.I hope they never stop making this product.
