Review of Permanent Hair Color - 4N, Natural Chestnut, 4.5 oz

Before I used Naturtint I wanted to know two things:how it would compare to the salon color I'd been using, and how it would compare to other "natural" brands.

Compared to salon color, it really did condition my hair as the box promises, whereas the salon color had been frying my hair.The color was at least as good, with a vibrant and natural looking tone.It covered my gray perfectly well and the color has lasted between touchups.

Compared to Herbatint, the other natural hair color product I tried, it looked more natural.The Herbatint made my hair look "muddy" and the tone never seemed right to me (I used 4Nin both cases).

Review of Naturtint - Permanent Hair Colorant - Light Chestnut Brown, 5N, 4.5 fl oz

Trying one box of Naturtint Intense Permanent Hair Colorant may encourage dreams of trying additional colors throughout the year. The experience of coloring with this product was very pleasant (No Ammonia - makes a big difference in the comfort level) and much less messy than coloring with henna. The results seem similar to natural products I've tried, but this one has the additional benefit of increasing the volume of your hair. Each strand will increase in strength as you use the Nutrideep Multiplier. This is a cream conditioner included with the coloring.

The products in this packet include ingredients like oats, wheat, corn, soy and coconut to give hair nourishment. They really did consider everything to make your hair coloring task a breeze. The Hair Colorant and Color Developer mix up nicely in the applicator bottle that has an applicator tip with a twist off top. No need to even look for a scissors, they thought of everything.

After you color and shampoo your hair, you can apply the conditioner and leave it on for two minutes. I found this is necessary and it effectively brings out the depth of the hair color and produces shiny bouncy hair that is full and much easier to manage than before you started the process. The chestnut color seems perfect for winter and turns any gray hair into beautiful highlights with a subtle golden color. Leave on for up to 40 minutes to completely cover gray. I left this on for 30 minutes and was very pleased with the results.

Review of Naturtint Permanent Light Chestnut Brown 5N 2 Ounces

I was nervous about moving from a semi-permanent hair color to a permanent hair color, and I wanted a product that was as natural (for both me & the environment) as possible.I can highly recommend this product! (at least for the color I use - Light Chestnut).It makes my hair feel soft, shiny, and healthy.I also tried another natural hair color by Tints of Nature, and while it colored my hair just as well, my hair didn't feel as healthy (more dried out, less strong - my hair is fine and I wear it long, so this is important).Naturtint includes a conditioner/color-setting product, and I think this might be part of why it's better.I also think Naturtint smells better (less chemical-ly).I do find, however, that I have to leave the product on my hair for the longer amount of time listed on the directions (30 min. instead of 20) to cover grey more successfully and last longer.Anyway, I wished someone had written a review like this when I was trying to choose products, so here's one for someone else!

After being told by "um-teen" stores that this color in this product was not being made anymore, I was delighted to find it on Amazon!It is a great hair color!I have used it for a long time.It really, really does cover grey %100!My normal hair is almost totally white, but when I turn it this gorgeous deep brown...no one would ever know!And it is always so shiny!I get tons of compliments on my hair.It is so easy and safe to use.I use it often too. Gotta hide those roots! thanks so much!!
