Review of Clairol Nice n Easy Hair color, Natural Highlights Cool Blonde - Kit

I have used Revlon Highlights before and had no problem; usually the results were very nice. I used this new version and the highlights came out purple. I called their 800 number and got through to acondescending operator who had no idea what was going on. Will try L'Oreal next time.

Review of Clairol Natural Instincts Hair Color # 26 Hot Cocoa, Medium Bronze Brown - 1 Application

I've found this to be a really good color.My natural color falls in between other Natural Instinct shades, but this one works well--it covers the small amount of gray I have (but note that it's temporary color so it doesn't cover the gray permanently) and it doesn't bring out the red undertones too much.Also, it leaves my hair shiny and healthy looking.I try to stay away from chemicals as much as possible, and this brand seems to be at the low end of the "chemical scale."The only thing is it's been difficult to find this particular shade at the drugstore lately!

Relying on a glowing review from a famous talk show star's magazine, I decided to give this a try.DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT.This product turned my hair into a dry dull orange bush.Not only did it not provide shine, it did the polar opposite.Now I am growing out a rough orange mat of hair that was only made worse by trying to dye it natural black again with another product.I could not comb through my hair.It became fragile, wispy and prone to heavy duty breakage.Shine happy put a layer of dullness over my hair that lead to complete un-manageability.This product should be removed from the market.
