I have osteoarthritis and sciatica problems in both hips. I also have a degenerative pain in my right side that has been treated with every drug and cream imaginable. I am a real skeptic with new pain relievers. At age, 75 I have tried about every medication and over the counter pain reliever found. I have even tried pain relievers for horses. I have lain on more massage tables around the world than you can imagine.

P.S. Expect the best. However, do some exercise, even if you are wheelchair bound. If you can move yourbody. At age 75, I now do 100 modified pushups every morning. Sometimes another set in the evening. Stretching and of course walking if you are able will help.
