I decided to try this out since I can tell my hair is starting to thin out a little but it's too bad. I tried this out and as another reviewer said, 3 pills a day for this.It did end up working a little after 3-4 months but I had to stop taking it.I get lab work done every ~2 months for something else and a side effect of this is liver problems.I was healthy and fit before starting this but then starting receiving massive headache that no OCT headache pill could get rid of.The worst was a mild-strong headache that lasted a week strait.I finally stopped taking it and everything went back to normal.The hair I was starting to grow is gone now.Product Description
