Review of Nature's Bounty Nutritional Supplement for Skin/Hair and Nails, Tablets, 120-Count Bottles (Pack of 2)

I got this to hopefully see an improvement in hair and nail growth; I have followed the directions (take 1 pill 3x per day) for a month, and really can't tell a difference in hair, nails or skin.I want to say that my nails are a bit stronger, not as brittle, but again no big difference like I hoped to see.
