I've been taking these vitamins for about 8 years, after they were recommended to me by my hairdresser. I have really long, fine hair that tends to break and split easily.These vitamins have made my hair stronger and less prone to problems.When my local Wal-Mart stopped selling them I couldn't find another store that sold them for almost 2 months.After a month of not taking these vitamins I noticed a HUGE difference in my hair. It once again began breaking off and splitting on the ends. I couldn't believe the difference!Unlike other vitamins formulated for hair, the required dose is only 1 tablet, once a day, instead multiple doses daily. These also do not contain iron, which really upsets my stomach. I'm sold on these. Neither Wal-Mart, nor any of the drugstores here sell them anymore. I was so relieved to see that Amazon was selling them. Now I can just have them shipped directly to my home.
