Its pretty simple. I have had this brush a decade or more. I loved it but did not make it my main brush till my hair became thicker and more tangled due to it being long. I was only using a wide tooth combfor awhile till I pulled out this brush-its the only brush I can get through my hair feeling it goes all the way through and without making it frizzy. The bamboo bristles are long, smooth, round tipped and the rubber base gives the bristles a flexible range of movement making it most comfortable.The round tips feel great on the scalp. The wide spacing of the bristles make it great for curly hair that loves to frizz with a regular brush ( my other brushes are Mason Pearson.. fantastic too.. but dont go through really thick curly hair as well)
I love it whether my hair is long or short.. but its a must havewhen its long and I am trying to keep the curls from frizzing and feel a nice massage.
