I love it! So far I've only taken sips for the AM whereas half bottle is good enough for a night of dancing. I take sips to see how long each one lasts & how my body adapts to it when its depleted. It doesn't have a sugar or caffeine crash but you need good sleep once its out of your system. Basically, sleep quality is the key for any night whether your tired/sick. The feeling isn't laggy like the commercial energy drinks whereas you'll feel it as its peak after 30-90 minutes of usage. It doesn't make you hyper & jumpy. Instead, it just makes you feel refreshed & awake.
Due to the ingredients being 99% natural ingredients & 1% being like organic stuff. The taste is like a v8 drink with 100% juice but more concentrated (its not water down).
This is my review for about a weekend of usage but I'll update after a longer period for those who are interested to know other effects on the body.
