Review of Henna Hair Color, Auburn, 4 oz.

I love this natural hair color.I used to use regular hair dye and it was destroying my hair, so I knew something had to change.The henna hair dye colors your hair for 4-6weeks, just like regular hair dye, and also coats the hair shaft, making it thicker and healthier, but it does not damage.Also, my hair is shorter so I only ever need half a box, unlike regular hair dye, you can save the other half and use it again to dye your hair later.

The process of using the henna is different from regular hair dye.First I microwave some water in a plastic mixing bowl for a couple minutes, then mix in the powder. I apply to clean, just shampooed and dryed hair, and cover.The box comes with gloves and a hair cover. I wait 40 minutes and then rinse the product out.Don't shampoo again for another 24 hours.

Although the directions say that the product will stain skin and clothes, it was nothing compared to regular hair dye.I simply wiped the product off my skin and everything was fine.Same with counter tops, I had no problem with any staining.Just don't let the product sit on skin and counter tops for a long time. I love this stuff and I hope you give it a try.
