While the actual product seemed to halt my hair loss, I did not notice much in the way of growth.My biggest disappointment though is in how cheaply made this product is.I have used almost 3 jars now, and each one was riddled with capsules that had broken open.In the first bottle, I ended up throwing about about 10 of them.The capsules are so fragile that when i put them in a baggie with my vitamins and put them in my lunchbox to take to work...they had cracked in half and spilled all over everything by the time lunch rolled around.I would not buy these again, even though they do seem to limit hair loss.Other products did the same thing and I did not have all the loss/mess.Product Description
