This product was terrible. The bristles, both soft and hard, began falling out from the very first use. I thought that it was just a few loose bristles that had survived the embedding process. But, that was not the case. Bristles began falling-out in my hair into my bathroom sink and surrounding countertop in wholesale fashion.
