I was pretty disappointed that the flat iron i bought is broken at the joint. It seems some "screw" fell out and it doesn't open and close properly. This means the tongs don't come together evenly and means it just tugs at my hair. I am so sorry I did not think to keep the warrantee. I have cheap ($15) curling irons that have lasted years. I would NOT recommend this. SEDU costs about the same and has a better reputation.Product Description
